ISO 9001:2008 Certification

To ensure the highest quality in the remanufacturing of our compressors, each step of our process is recorded and evaluated by our Quality Management System ISO-9001: 2008. Registry obtained by the prestigious firm Perry Johnson Registrars of Southfield, Michigan.

The ISO-9001: 2008 is a rigorous tool to maintain the highest quality in the remanufacturing process that is replicable. It is an ideal tool to achieve the OEM specifications of any of the compressors that we remanufacture.

Like the technical side, our sales processes and customer service are certified under ISO-9001: 2008. The same standard allows us to provide the highest quality in the whole process to our clients. You can be assured of receiving the best care and after-sales service industry, which also includes free telephone support, troubleshooting and other value services.

Compressor limited warranty

Our greatest commitment is to you. For this reason, our processes are very thorough and comprehensive, thus achieving the highest possible quality.

All our compressors are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials used, and will be repaired or replaced once they have been inspected in our plant, provided they are submitted within one year from the date of sale of the same compressor.

Certain conditions apply due to many factors that affect the proper operation of a compressor. For this reason, the warranty is void if our inspection reveals compressor failure due to moisture, acid in the system, liquid refrigerant return, faulty wiring or faulty installation.

This warranty does not extend to accessories, motors, capacitors, starters, or materials and accessories not provided by Service Tech.

This warranty does not apply to compressors that show signs of having been opened in the field.

We are not responsible for, nor accept charges for product loss, coolant, oil, transportation costs or labor costs associated with replacing the compressor or parts under warranty.

If any of our compressors has any failures, repair or replacement of the compressor represents the fulfillment of this guarantee.

Extended warranty

2-year warranty extensions

We offer the possibility to order a compressor with an extended warranty of 2 additional years to the original warranty. Therefore providing a total of 3-year warranty.

This warranty has an additional cost of 40% of the invoice price.

Unconditional for 1 year policy
In this case, your compressor is protected against any failure, regardless of cause. In auto warranty provides the first period of one year. This warranty also has an additional 40% of the invoice price.
